Tufted coconuts roll delicious homemade desserts, with filling of chocolate and wrapped in coconut whole works tempting and delicious make this treat, because with all the coconut sweets tasty and fragrant.

Ingredients:
Bark:
-5 eggs
-5 tablespoons sugar
-7 tablespoons flour
-vanilla sugar

Cream:
-2 eggs
-100ml milk
-150 g chocolate
-250g margarine
-150 g sugar
-rum, if desired

Around:coconut and chocolate cream

Preparation:
Whisk egg whites to be foamy and add the sugar and vanilla sugar and continue to blur.
Add egg yolks then, and again whisk.
Finally stir in the flour and all unite wire.
Pour into a greased baking sheet and put more in preheated oven at 180 degrees 15 minutes to bake depending on the oven.
Hot baked biscuit wrapped in a wet cloth.

Whisk eggs with sugar and add the milk and chocolate, so put on medium heat.
Stir until it boils.
When it boils continue stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.

Unwrap bark and full-grease cream.
Allow cream to thin coating around to coconut stuck.
Screw the brush around and put in the refrigerator an hour or two.
Eject and press by hand or sprinkle coconut on the table or tray coconut and roll roll.
Cut and serve.

Recept na Srpski.

Čupav  kokosov rolat.
Cupav kokosov rolat ukusni domaci desert,sa filom od cokolade i ceo obmotan kokosom deluje primamljivo i ukusno napravite ovu poslasticu,jer sa kokos sve su poslastice ukusne i mirisne.

Sastojci:
Kora:
-5 jaja
-5 kašika šećera
-7 kašika brašna
-vanilinog šećera

Krem:
-2 jaja
-100 ml mleka
-150 gr čokolade
-250 gr margarina
-150 gr šećera
-rum po želji

Oblaganje sa:kokos i  premazite sa čokoladni krem

Priprema:
Ulupajte belanca da budu penasta pa dodati šećer i vanilin šećer i nastaviti mutiti.
Dodati zatim žumanca, pa opet umutiti.
Na kraju umešati brašno i sve sjediniti kasikom.
Istresti u podmazanom većem plehu i staviti u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180 stepeni 15 minuta da se ispeče zavisno od rerne.
Vreo pečen biskvit istresite iz pleha na mokru krpu i lagano umotajte sa krpom.
Tako ostavite da se zajedno hladi.
Ulupati jaja sa šećerom ,pa dodati mleko u čokoladu, pa stavite na srednju vatru na paru da se kuva fil.
Mešajte sve sastojke da se zgusne fil.
Kada se zgusne fil skinite sa vatre i ostavite da se hladi
Penasto izmutite margarin pa mu dodajte hladni krem  i sjedinite sastojke,dodati i rum za miris.
Odmotajte bikvit i preko celog namažite krem.
Ostavite krema da tanko premažete okolo da bi se kokos zalepio.
Uvijte i premažite okolo pa stavite u frizider na sat, dva.
Izvadite pa utisnite rukom kokos ili pospite po stolu ili tacni kokos i uvaljajte rolat.
Secite i služite.
