Ukusna kufta u sosu od pecuraka,i cija semena,je moj predlog za vas familijarni rucaka.samo ime govori da se radi o veoma ukusno jelo.Za mene je to veoma lako spremanje rucka,a za vas zavisi dali ste pocetnik u kuhinje ili vec pravi majstor.Mirisne,socne jednostavno cete pozeleti da ih opet napravite.

Sastojci:

Za kufte:

  • 300g mesano mleveno meso
  • 1 veza crni luk
  • 3 tankih kriska crni hleb od celog zrna
  • malo mleka za hleb da bude natopljen samo malo
  • 1 jaje
  • so-himalajska
  • 1 kasike vegeta
  • po malo od crnog bibera i djumbira u prahu
  • pola kasike crvene mlevene paprike
  • malo ulje za przenje

Za sos:

  • ulje za przenje
  • 2 veze mladog crnog luka
  • pecurke seckane pune solje od 150ml
  • pavlake ( ja sam koristila slatku pavlaku-4 kasika)
  • 1 kasike kecapa
  • pola kasike belo brasna
  • pola kasike mleveni crveni piper
  • 1 case 100 ml belog vina
  • 300ml vode
  • 1 kasike cija semenke

Priprema:

Prvo spremiti smesu za kufta,u vece posude stavite meso,dodati seckani mladi crni luk,jaje,i sve zacine po redu.

Hleb izmrvite rukama u zasebne posude,naprskati mlekom samo da se nakvasi hleb.Zato sto jaje se dodaje  u smese za kufte, sve ce sastojke da pokvasi i sjedini,a hleb ce biti vlazan.

Hlebu ne skidam koricu,sa njima ga stavljam,samo ga sitnim sta je moguce vise.Jer se kasnije ne prepoznaje da ima hleb u kuftinja.

Gotove napravljene kufte poredjajte u tanjiru,a zatim przite ih na ulju u tiganju,sa obe dve strane po 5-10 min. da se isprze po malo,da zarumene.izvadite kufta od tiganja i dodajte jos malo ulja,dodaje se crni luk isecen na sitno.

Przite 2-3 min luka,pa dodati i pecurke,i opet kratko przite sastojke.

Potom dodati brasna,mlevena crvena paprika,kecapa,izmesati sastojke,dodati belo vino,i pavlake,vode,mesati sastojke da provriju u tiganju.

Na kraju dodati cija semenke,i pomesati sve sastojke,sipati u posude kod kufte, u koju cete peci jelo-pekac ili vatrostalna posuda.

Staviti kofte u sosu da se peku u vec zagrejane pecke na 200C. 45 min.odlican rucak sa prilogom od sezonske salate,glavno jelo i bogati rucak.Kada ih budete jeli nema da zalite ulozeni trud, u kunjinje,vec cete uzivati u veoma ukusni rucka.

Cofta with sauce from mushrooms.

Preparation:
