USTIPCI SA BANANA.//DONUTS WITH A BANANA

 

Ustipci sa banana,su moj predlog za bezglutenski,obrok-breakfast,veoma ukusni i sa posebnim mirisom.

Meki ko pamuk,i brzo i lesno se pravat.

Sastojci:

  • 2 kasike heljdinog brasna
  • 6 kasika belo brasno bez glutena
  • 2 kasike sitnog kukuruznog brasna
  • malo so
  • malo svezeg kvasca
  • 1 kasika secera
  • 3 kasika ulje
  • 3 kasika usitnjena sa viljuske banana
  • ulje za przenje
  • malo tople vode za mesenje
  • malo secera u prahu za posipanje

Priprema:

U posude za mesenje pomasati sve tri vrste brasna,napravite udubljenje,staviti kvasac.Dodati toplu vodu dodati i secera,i malo so.

Zamesiti testo,kasikom i dodati jos i ulje i bananu.

Sve sastojke sjediniti i ostaviti da kisne pokriveno.

Posle 45 min,testo e gotovo,za przenje,sipajte da se zagreva malo vise ulje, u tiganju za przenje.

Sa masne ruke od ulje, uzimajte  testo sa kasikom i rukama istanjite .

Spustite testo u ulju, da se isprze ustipci, na umerena temperatura, dok ne porumene, od oba dve strane.

Gotove ustipke od banana izvadite na papitne salfete da upiju viska masnoce.

Posuti ustipke sa secerom u prahu,i sluziti kao veoma ukusni decji obrok,i za ljude koji su alergicni na gluten,jaja i mleko.

Ovo je bio moj eksperiment koji je uspesan, sa dodavanjem banana,dobila sam zaista ukusne mirisne i mekane,ustipke.

DONUTS WITH A BANANA.

Donuts with a banana, is my proposal for gluten-free, meal-breakfast, very tasty and with a special scent.

Mecca after cotton, and quickly and easily are made.

Components:

2 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
6 tbsp white flour gluten
2 tablespoons fine corn flour

a bit of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tbsp oil
3 tablespoon minced banana with a fork
Oil for frying
warm water for mixing
a little powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:

In mixing bowl mixed all three types of flour, make a hollow, put yeast.Add warm water and add sugar and a little salt.

Knead the dough, spoon and add more oil and banana.

All the ingredients to unite and let rain covered.

After 45 minutes, the dough e done, frying, pour to warm a little more oil in the frying pan.

With greasy hands on the oil, take the dough with a spoon and arms want.

Lower the dough with oil to fry the donuts, at moderate temperature, until golden brown, from both parties.

Finished banana fritters remove the paper SALFI to absorb excess fat.

Sprinkle fritters with powdered sugar and serve a very delicious baby meal, and for people who are allergic to gluten, eggs and milk.

This was my experiment was successful, adding banana, I got a really tasty fragrant and soft, donuts.
