Vanilice moje bake.//Vanilice my grandmother.

Meke i ukusne starinske vanilice,po receptu nasih baka.Najukusnije jer su star recept i imaju veoma dobar ukus.ja sam ih cesto pravila.

Sastojci:

  • 200g svinjske masti-moze i margarina ja sam stavila 4-5 pune kasike mast.
  • 500g brasna
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 zumance
  • 4 supene kasike secera-za posipanje odozgo
  • 50g secera u prahu
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • malo peciva
  • 100g cokolade za jelo za fil unutra
  • 50ml mleko za topljenje cokolade

Priprema:

U posudi za mesenje prvo staviti 1 jaje, i jedno  zumance dodati i mast.Dodaje se secer,brasno pomesano sa malo peciva,vanilinog secera.Sve vreme smesu mutite sa kasike,a moze i elektricnim mikserom.

Testo istresti na radnu povrsinu i mesiti dobro,zatim razvuci koru i sa cvetne kalupe vaditi forme kolaca ili po volji.

Kolace poredjati u tavi za pecenje,i peci na 180C,samo 15 min.

Cokoladu izlomite na parcice i otopite sa mlekom,zatim tom smesom slepite kolace po dva kolaca, i uvaljajte u secer u prahu.Sluzite sa kafom ili kao desert.

Veoma ukusni i brzi suvi kolaci,koje se mogu i poneti na piknik.
