Vekna-kocke sa suvim vocem recept koji je ukusno slatko i mirisno pecivo.lako se sprema a ima bas puno kolaca.

Sastojci:

  • 370g brasna
  • 100g margarina
  • 100g smedjeg secera
  • pola kasicice soli
  • pola kocke svezeg kvasca
  • 4dl-400ml mleka
  • 1 puna kasika ruma
  • 2 jajeta
  • 100g s.grozdje i suhe urme

Priprema:

Kvasac rastopiti u toplom mleku ili malo vode,i kasike brasna,ostavite da stasa.

Sipati brasno u posude za mesenje,i dodati so,dodati i secer,dodati i rastopljenog margarina,i dodati i stasani kvasac.

Mesati sastojke,dodati i jaja,a potom i mleko.Smesu za slatki kolac mutite sa mikser za testo ili elektricnim mikserom.

Na kraju umesati u testo i suvo voce koje treba biti potopljeno u rum.Sve sastojke ujednacite i sipajte u ptavouaonu tepsiju da se pece.Prvo treba testo da odstoji pre pecenja da malo nadodje.

Peci kolac na 180-200C 45 min povremeno povisiti temperaturu ili smanjiti.

Gotov kolac izvadite iz rerne, ohladiti,seci na kocke pa ga posluzite kao uzinu, ili brz dorucak,a moze i laka vecera sa mlekom ili cajem.
