Vocne kocke.//Fruit cubes

Vocne kocke sa malina i urme,moj predivan desert,koji sam pravila ranije,kombinacija orientalne vocke.

Stavila sam i vocke od naseg podrucja,urme maline zanimljivo i veoma ukusni kolaci.

Za podlogu za koru sastojci:

  1. Umuiti 3 belanca sa 6 kasika secera,u gustu smesu.A zatim dodati 2 kasike prezle i na vrh noz peciva,i 100g seckane urme,posoljeni sa secer u prahu.To se radi da se ne bih slepile urme,dodati i 3 kasika krupno seckanih oraha.
  2. Peci list u podmazanu tepsiju i oblozenu pek papirom, na 180C polovina sat.
  3. U drugu posudu  skuvati fil od, 3 zumanca umucena sa 150g secera, 1 pudinga od vanile i 2 kasike gustina.
  4. Kada se pomesaju zumanca sa secerom i gustinom sa malo mleka (100ml) dodati u ostalo 400ml mleko.
  5. Kuvati fil a zatim ohladiti fil i dodati 100g margarina i vanilin secer,spojiti mikserom.
  6. Vrz  ispecenu i ohladjenu koru naneti fil od zumanca,a zatim preko fila stavite maline i ribizle.
  7. Za kraj celu tortu premazati sa 100g slag pene,umucene sa  200ml hladnog mleka.
  8. Preko slaga stavite lomljeni keks,i 3 kocke rendane cokolade,sve po volji.

Ovo su veoma ukusne tortice koje mozete praviti u svako doba godine,jer malina i ribizla ima u svako doba godine.
